It's perfect for frosting chocolate cakes, brownies, and other desserts, and it can be poured over cakes for a glossy finish or whipped into a fluffy frosting for decorating. We use a whipped ganache as the foundation for all our fillings. Ganache is also great for creating drip cakes and adding a touch of elegance to any dessert table.

Fondant can be challenging to work with but you will improve with practice. Typically, fondant provides a great visual aesthetic, however; most people are not enamored with the favor. For the best tasting cakes, a ganache or buttercream wins hands down!
